Being here means working on innovative engineering and manufacturing projects to achieve greater productivity, contribute to growth, and meet sustainability commitments—all surrounded by cutting-edge technologies such as AR/VR, cloud, AI, 5G, robotics, and digital twins to transform how products are designed and manufactured. **What you’ll do daily:** * Conduct on-site supervision of construction and civil works, ensuring execution complies with: designs, technical standards, and contractual requirements. * Monitor work performed by contractors, ensuring: quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with safety requirements. * Perform quality inspections of construction activities, focusing on: concrete pouring, formwork, earthworks, and drainage. * Identify and document non-conformities, proposing: technical corrections and work stoppages in case of risks. * Prepare technical reports and supervision records, including: daily logs, photographs, and measurements. * Track supervision indicators, productivity control, and quality assurance. **What we’re looking for in the person joining our team:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction. * Knowledge of civil construction execution and supervision. * Familiarity with applicable technical standards and regulations (ABNT, NR-18, and NR-01). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents. **Additionally, desirable knowledge includes:** * Experience in industrial site or plant construction (hydroelectric plants, substations, transmission lines) * Experience with management systems and technical documentation (SAP, control systems, measurement and tracking spreadsheets) * Basic understanding of contract management and construction planning. * **Benefits:** Medical Assistance – 100% company-subsidized ️ Meal or Food Allowance ️ Life Insurance ️ Welhub* Option to purchase company stock at a discount Pharmacy Discount* ‍‍ Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave * As per current policy Location of the position: **Paulo Afonso – Bahia**
