This role combines strategic and operational HR responsibilities within a growing industrial environment. Reports directly to the local HR leadership, with close interface with headquarters. Key Responsibilities Adapt and implement global HR processes to the Brazilian context Support execution of the corporate HR strategy at the local level Serve as the liaison between Brazil and headquarters, ensuring cultural and legal alignment Deliver training and disseminate information regarding HR processes Execute core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and culture Monitor HR KPIs and support strategic decision-making Participate in efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure proper use of HR systems and corporate tools**Qualifications & Experience** Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Fluent English (daily interaction with global stakeholders) Solid knowledge of: Labor legislation and HR practices HR programs and processes Compensation and benefits KPI management HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP) Preferred: experience in multinational companies**Company Information** Working Hours Monday to Friday (5x2\) 07:00 to 16:00 On-site position
