Job Summary: Act as the liaison between business areas and the technical team, ensuring solutions meet the organization's functional and strategic needs. Key Highlights: 1. Facilitate communication between technical teams and users Act as the liaison between business areas and the technical team, ensuring developed solutions precisely meet the organization's functional and strategic needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, and optimize business processes; * Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements; * Write user stories, prioritize backlog, and develop product roadmaps; * Facilitate communication between technical teams and users; * Ensure requirement traceability and deliverable validation with stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements – Academic Background, Courses, or Certifications:** A valid undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a mathematics-based field — Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics — awarded within Brazil; or a valid undergraduate degree in a non-mathematics-based field awarded within Brazil, plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
