Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the full sales journey—from prospecting through delivery and financial transactions—while maintaining an active client portfolio and achieving sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Direct field-based sales of products with face-to-face customer service. 2. Execution of the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to immediate delivery. 3. Use of company-provided vehicle for daily commuting. **The Seres Group, in partnership with a company in the Food sector, is seeking an External Sales Representative.** **Responsibilities:** Responsible for selling products via direct field-based customer service (immediate service), executing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to immediate product delivery—including on-the-spot financial transactions. * Conduct client visits according to the predefined route * Prospect new clients and maintain an active client portfolio * Execute product sales with immediate delivery * Process financial transactions at the time of sale (collections, amount verification, issuance of receipts) * Deliver products at the time of sale * Ensure proper organization, control, and verification of inventory under their responsibility * Correctly operate the sales registration system or tool * Achieve established sales targets and performance indicators * Maintain positive client relationships * Use of company-provided vehicle * Field-based work with daily commuting * Responsibility for proper maintenance and appropriate use of the vehicle **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Work Model: On-site **Work Location:** * Salvador, Bahia \- Brazil Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Retail sales experience (preferred) * Valid driver’s license * Basic knowledge of financial operations * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Willingness to travel Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
