* Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and helpfully, clarify doubts, and provide product information—including dosage, usage, and possible side effects.
* Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions regarding medication use.
* Sales and Sales Recording: Sell over-the-counter products and accurately record transactions. Process payments in cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy.
* Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels of medications and products, replenish items as needed, and ensure products are within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records.
* Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available pharmacy products—including their features, benefits, and potential drug interactions.
* Telephone Support: Answer phone calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.
* Organization: Keep the customer service area and shelves organized. Ensure hazardous products are stored appropriately and in accordance with safety regulations.
