Job Mission Support local management regarding the monitoring process of company-owned fleet vehicles, vehicle speed, vehicle idle time during deliveries, dispersion of the geocoding point of sale relative to the stop made, number of handovers, lunch breaks, Actual Km vs Planned Km, returns, aiming at continuous improvement of the distribution process and supporting management in decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Support drivers in performing daily login, start of shift, route loading, route start, route departure, until completion of the gate exit process; * Monitor vehicles daily, track events, perform necessary actions, and report to Management for awareness and follow-up with drivers; * Assist drivers if they have questions about inputs on the monitoring device; * Generate daily tracking reports according to work instructions; * Present daily results to the distribution supervisor; * Assist at the end of the shift in charging cell phones (power) upon drivers' return from routes; * Create DTs; * Release extra loads; * Support phone service for external Sales and Distribution teams; * Open ASAP tickets (Billing, XML file sending, and others); * Conduct interviews with drivers to understand route difficulties and identify opportunities.
