Leadership of logistics and fleet teams A construction contractor and developer seeks a Logistics Manager in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Manage the fleet—including both owned and outsourced light and heavy vehicles and construction equipment. Supervise vehicle and equipment inventory, ensuring records are always up to date. Administer vehicle and equipment leasing contracts. Ensure proper allocation of cost centers related to fleet and equipment. Monitor key performance indicators such as asset availability, utilization, and downtime. Ensure transportation operations and equipment usage comply with safety regulations. Ensure all movements and associated costs are recorded in the Sienge system. Integrate fleet data with site departments for effective operational planning. Prepare managerial reports and logistics performance dashboards. Coordinate vehicle and equipment transfers across different construction sites. Reduce logistics costs through route analysis, contract review, and asset utilization optimization. Manage documentation for vehicles, drivers, and equipment. Supervise the use of tracking devices and fleet monitoring systems. Lead logistics and fleet teams. Conduct training on proper usage, safety, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
