




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5x2 \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies. * Create content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the institutional website. * Manage communication with the press and other relevant stakeholders. * Organize events and communication initiatives to promote the institution’s image. * Conduct research and perception analyses regarding the institution’s communication efforts. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of the institutional message. * Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of communication initiatives. * Produce reports and presentations on communication activities. * Create and review institutional presentations and graphic materials in partnership with the marketing team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields. * Experience developing content for various platforms (press, social media, newsletters). * Proficiency in writing and editing texts. * Knowledge of communication strategies and branding. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience managing social media and analyzing metrics. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and creativity in problem-solving. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
