Full availability from Monday to Saturday, completed high school education, and basic computer skills are required. Experience in reception and customer service activities, preferably gained in the automotive segment. Excellent personal presentation, verbal fluency, and commercial profile. Compensation and Benefits R$1.576,00 + cash transportation allowance + performance bonus Working Hours 44 hours per week Mon–Fri: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sat: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Full schedule availability Responsibilities include online and in-person customer service, reception duties and directing customers to technical teams, as well as vehicle delivery and pickup, and monitoring value negotiations and payments. The role also provides support to the telephone support department by delivering information and scheduling services.
