Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with standard procedures, instructions from supervisors, and safety regulations; * Monitor daily activities by reviewing the RAD (Daily Activity Report), supervising the application of cleaning and hygiene techniques as per procedure; * Organize team distribution, lead teams, define tasks to be performed, and assign personnel to sectors; * Verify and guide employees on correct completion of reports during building rounds and at the end of shift; * Conduct checklists for new employees according to established routine, clarifying disciplinary rules, work instructions, safety regulations, sector visits, aiming for appropriate onboarding; * Check material supply and distribution when necessary, inspect the DML (Cleaning Material Storage) and functional carts to ensure employees can perform their daily duties; * Perform cleaning checklists on specific forms to evaluate cleaning/hygiene results, guiding the team when failures are detected, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards; * Monitor team disciplinary conduct, providing guidance and correcting inappropriate behavior, applying appropriate penalties per the code of conduct; * Pay attention to practical application of knowledge acquired during training under the contract, promoting best practices; * Ensure proper use and distribution of uniforms and PPEs, and advise on appropriate personal hygiene for cleaning assistants, following established norms and procedures; * Complete PPE control records, documenting equipment issued to employees and collecting signatures, per safety regulations; * Check product labels in storage and diluted solutions, verifying expiration dates per established standards; * Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment under the contract, flagging needs or submitting required requests, verifying items upon receipt and organizing allocation; * Receive and sign employee certificates, forwarding them to supervisors for absence tracking and appropriate leave handling; * Monitor employee attendance and punctuality via payroll and time cards; * Clean materials and utensils used in the previous shift, organizing and storing them in designated locations to support continuity of planned activities; * Read and record information in the incident logbook at the start and end of each shift to ensure proper continuity of contractual activities; * Conduct shift handover jointly with the supervisor of the other shift, performing sector rounds, noting incidents, recording information, to ensure proper continuity of contractual activities; * Perform sector rounds to guide assistants in task execution, correct application of cleaning techniques, correcting posture, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring execution to assess results against established standards; * Escort and accompany employees in case of workplace accidents or medical incidents, informing supervisors, occupational health & safety personnel, and family members of the occurrence; * Attend hearings as company representatives in judicial and administrative proceedings, if requested by the legal department; * Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, following occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer guidelines, SDSs, and applied trainings; * Perform related duties, as assigned by the immediate supervisor, based on competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed High School and/or 1 year of verified experience in this role DESIRED: Completed Higher Education.
