After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspection and analysis of parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment used for inspection, testing, control, and quality assurance, as well as prepare reports describing results and detailing structural and functional performance technically and scientifically. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their validity and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in task execution. * Perform empirical tests and studies, identifying potential process issues and ensuring their resolution and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, complying with organizational and coexistence guidelines. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities, as directed by supervisors. * Attend internal and external training sessions, following guidance or requests from immediate supervisors. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in line with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Technical Degree in Chemistry or related fields** (mandatory); * **Active CRQ registration** (mandatory); * Knowledge of **physicochemical analyses and laboratory routines**; * Familiarity with **TPM and/or 5S** is desirable; * Familiarity with **problem-solving tools** (e.g., 5 Whys, 5W1H, etc.) is desirable; **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
