Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in shift handovers at the beginning and end of each workday to ensure proper communication of patient information, noteworthy incidents requiring documentation, and ongoing instructions or services related to the incoming shift; * Assist on-duty nurses and physicians; * Support/accompany patients during their treatment/recovery phase according to established nursing care plans and procedures, performing necessary entries in their medical records as instructed; * Administer prescribed medications to each patient according to frequency, timing, dosage, and route of administration specified in the medical record, and make corresponding entries; * Assess patients’ vital signs following defined basic procedures and specific guidance, recording findings in the medical record and immediately notifying the nurse whenever significant changes are observed; * Report complications and/or changes in the patient’s condition to the nurse or on-duty physician; * Provide nursing care, including changing bed linens, performing body, oral, and intimate hygiene, and other technical procedures as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed Technical Nursing course; * Active COREN registration; * Experience in CHD (Digestive Hemorrhage Center); * Availability to work a 12x36-hour rotating schedule. **Additional Information** Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and a focus on achieving optimal outcomes.
