Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling PBR pallets, coordinating logistics movements, scheduling deliveries, and reconciling services with carriers. Key Highlights: 1. Support to logistics supervision Responsible for PBR pallet controls; movements between warehouses and finished products; support to logistics supervision. Contact carriers to optimize loading windows, consolidate loads, schedule deliveries with customers, plan delivery routes, monitor adherence to window schedules, prepare biweekly reports on window schedule delays, update various departmental tracking spreadsheets, monitor fleet vehicle availability, and perform financial reconciliation of logistics discounts offered to major retail chains. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control of PBR pallets (branch stock balance and third-party/client stock balance). * Coordination of weekly PBR pallet shipments to Head Office. * Monitoring of branch finished goods inventory control. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance conditions, as well as proper and safe use of equipment in the work area. * Ensure safety by using personal protective equipment and complying with safety standards and procedures adopted by IRRF. * Submit purchase requests for the shipping department. * Transfer returned products. * Maintain contact with authorized carriers to inform them of released loads ready for loading. * Fill in loading windows according to communications with carriers. * Prepare delay tracking spreadsheets and corresponding charts. * Reconcile logistics services provided to major retail chains and logistics operators. * Delivery route planning * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance conditions, as well as proper and safe use of equipment in the work area. * Ensure safety by using personal protective equipment and complying with safety standards and procedures adopted by IRRF. * Load consolidation according to route **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; preferably with a technical degree in logistics. **Additional Information** Lunch/Coffee at company (on-site cafeteria) Meal allowance of R$ 270.00 Health insurance and dental insurance Family kit Life insurance Transportation (Salvadorcard) PPR (Profit Sharing Program) Holiday bonus Monthly birthday bonus; Gympass and other benefits Being part of an extraordinary story like Raymundo da Fonte’s fills us with pride in who we are and in our consistently growing and sustainable results.
