Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely execution and compliance with quality standards. Track fleet KPIs such as fuel consumption, tire wear, vehicle performance, and downtime. Manage all vehicle documentation, including licensing, traffic fines, insurance policies, and GPS tracking. Create and monitor maintenance service orders with repair shops. Analyze fleet operational costs and propose actions for cost reduction and optimization. Provide support to drivers and operational teams to resolve fleet-related issues. Liaise with repair shops, suppliers, and insurers to ensure optimal fleet operation. Assist in route planning and support logistics activities when required. Ensure compliance with fleet safety regulations and internal policies.
