REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Technician degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering or related fields; PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE ROLE; Experience leading people; Driver's License (Category B); Must reside in Santo Antônio de Jesus - BA. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise daily distribution and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, routes and established quality standards; * Coordinate teams of drivers, assistants and support staff, promoting engagement, productivity and adherence to safety regulations; * Monitor loading, unloading and product verification processes, ensuring product integrity; * Control and optimize the use of vehicles, resources and fleet equipment; * Develop and monitor area performance indicators (KPIs), proposing improvements in operational processes; * Resolve incidents and non-conformities during the delivery process, acting to prevent failures; * Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal regulations related to transportation, occupational safety and environment; * Conduct regular team meetings for goal alignment, feedback and operational training; * Support logistical planning by proposing route improvements, cost reductions and increased operational efficiency; * Interact with Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse and Planning departments to ensure an integrated and effective operation.
