We will expand our solution offerings to the delivery packaging market. **Your Mission:** Increase company revenue through unique designs provided by our packaging. **Responsibilities:** **Inventory Management:** * Maintain inventory control, ensuring adequate product supply to meet company demands, avoiding both stock shortages and excess inventory; **Transportation Planning:** * Organize freight transportation, selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes, as well as coordinating shipment dispatch and receipt; **Order Processing:** * Receive, process, and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery under correct conditions; **Warehousing:** * Supervise product storage, ensuring proper handling with attention to organization, safety, and space management; **Monitoring and Tracking:** * Use systems and technologies to monitor goods flow in real time, track shipment progress, and identify potential issues; **Problem Resolution:** * Identify and resolve logistical issues such as delivery delays, cargo damage, or supplier-related problems; **Cooperation with Suppliers and Carriers:** * Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration; **Data Analysis:** * Collect and analyze logistics data to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency. This analysis may also help reduce operational costs, making logistics operations more economical without compromising quality or efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Logistics Management; * Experience in sales (customer relationship management); * Experience with CRM or similar tools; * Knowledge of management tools and AI; * Willingness to work collaboratively and flexibly with diverse teams; * Ability to interpret market and customer needs; * Strong drive to achieve targets. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Familiarity with the delivery packaging market; **Additional Information:** **Compensation:** R$ 2\.000,00 **Benefits:** Meal voucher or food voucher (CAJU), Transportation voucher (CAJU), Birthday Day-Off (scheduled 30 days in advance), and Professional Growth Plan. **Location:** Boca do Rio **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 2:00–6:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
