Store Assistant Manager \- Center Móveis e Eletros. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the position of Store Assistant Manager at Center Móveis e Eletros. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading **1 Administration and Support** * Supervise support staff (cashiers, credit department, warehouse staff, etc.). * Manage supplies, uniforms, timekeeping, and store cleanliness. * Support reporting, invoices, and administrative deadlines. **2\. Finance and Documentation** * Reconcile cash registers, record expenses, and dispatch deposit bags. * Control HR documents, contracts, and cancellations. **3\. Products and Transfers** * Monitor item transfers and ensure asset preservation. **4\. Deposits** * Solely responsible for the store’s financial deposits. **5\. Technical Support** * Open and track service requests; request replacements for defective products. **6\. Auditing** * Conduct audits according to schedule. **7\. Communication** * Answer corporate phone calls and emails; attend meetings punctually. **8\. People Management** * Train staff, support onboarding, manage vacation schedules and medical certificates. **9\. Maintenance and Security** * Oversee maintenance, security, and waste reduction. **10\. Autonomy** * Substitute for the commercial manager, negotiate, grant discounts, and contact departments.
