With an encouraging and protective culture, R2T strives to ensure its employees learn to work as one unified family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and recognition for the company. **Responsibilities**: Learning through SENAI courses and hands-on experience at the company regarding landline telephony installation and maintenance, including fiber optic networks. **Requirements:** * Be aged between 18 and 21 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Possess all required documentation; * Be proactive and self-motivated; * Show interest in learning about telecommunications networks; * Be available to complete the theoretical phase over six months; * Driver's license category B is desirable. **Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 810.50 * Transportation allowance * Optional medical and dental assistance * CLT employment regime **Working Hours:** * 4 hours per day. * Monday to Friday.
