Support in planning and control, including construction scheduling **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in planning and control, with a focus on cost analysis; Knowledge of budgetary and cost management processes; analytical skills; Proficiency in intermediate-level Office/Excel; Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD; **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in the engineering or construction sector. **Responsibilities:** Conduct detailed cost estimation and analysis, including cost composition; Support planning and control activities, including construction scheduling and periodic measurements with clients and suppliers; Prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making, providing insights for cost reduction and efficiency maximization; Support the development of cost-related performance indicators and metrics, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed; Quantitative survey of services and/or materials upon request.
