Managing vacation schedules, medical leaves, and statutory absences. Providing employee assistance and support regarding labor and administrative matters. Ensuring compliance with labor, union, and social security regulations. Managing attendance reports. Inspecting and overseeing employee accommodations. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
