Digital engagement and consultative customer service We are looking for a Recruitment and Relationship Consultant to strategically engage in student recruitment, contract closing, and digital customer service via social media and WhatsApp. The professional will play a fundamental role in the institution's growth, responsible for converting student interest into actual enrollments. **Responsibilities:** Actively and passively recruit students for courses. Clearly and persuasively present benefits, differentiators, and commercial terms. Lead enrollment and contract closing processes while ensuring student satisfaction. Respond and interact promptly, warmly, and professionally on social media and WhatsApp. Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective students, nurturing interest until enrollment. Use customer service scripts and persuasion techniques to increase conversion rates. Update lead and sales tracking reports and spreadsheets. Contribute ideas to strengthen digital presence and attract new prospects. **Requirements** · Completed high school (or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields). · Prior experience in commercial customer service, call centers, sales, or student recruitment. · Familiarity with social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and digital CRM tools. · Knowledge of digital marketing and negotiation techniques is desirable. **Behavioral Profile** Dynamism and enthusiasm to engage prospective students. Resilience and persistence when facing objections. A warm, consultative demeanor that conveys trust. Organizational skills to manage the entire sales funnel.
