In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to automated teller machines (ATMs) across the banking network. This is a temporary position, expected to last 4 months, subject to change. The employment contract is indefinite-term (CLT), as the project duration may vary. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated teller machines (ATMs). * Diagnose and resolve failures in electroelectronic components, peripherals, and embedded systems. * Install, configure, and replace equipment and components. * Respond to technical service requests within agreed-upon timeframes (SLA). * Record activities, diagnoses, and evidence in corporate systems. * Conduct functional tests after technical interventions. * Maintain basic control of parts, tools, and materials used during service calls. * Travel externally to serve clients and bank branches. * Follow technical procedures, operational guidelines, and safety regulations. * Support asset inventory and control processes when required. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Industrial Informatics, or related fields, provided it enables future professional registration with CFT (mandatory); * Experience in maintenance of electronic equipment, banking automation, or field service; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of hardware and equipment diagnostics; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking; * Availability for travel; * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (mandatory); * Experience with ITSM tools and opening/closing service tickets; * Knowledge of infrastructure and cabling. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 2\.419,12 (CLT) \+ meal voucher, medical and dental assistance; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Location: Salvador; * Company-provided vehicle; valid Category B driver's license required; * Availability to work on weekends (rotating shift); * Availability to work in the field, performing routine service visits to multiple clients in the region.
