Maintaining order and smooth operation of the reception area **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Answer patient calls and register them in the system; Provide information to patients; Schedule medical consultations, examinations, and procedures; Deliver examination results; Confirm and cancel consultations, examinations, and procedures; Organize files, forms, and printed materials required for reception services; File medical requests/referral forms; Monitor proper functioning of telephones, headsets, microphones, and printers at the reception; Observe and maintain an organized reception area. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Education Computer literacy and knowledge of clinical operations Customer service skills Prior experience in customer service (preferably in clinics) is desirable. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
