You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our services, and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and the desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will ensure your success in this role. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities: Serve customers within your operational segment through internal sales, seeking process improvements for fast and agile information delivery, responding to complaints, and striving to retain them; Acquire new business by offering the organization’s differentiating factors, staying updated on the transportation market and the profile of new customers; Achieve internal sales targets as established, incorporating a full suite of solutions into identified markets; Conduct customer needs assessments, prepare proposals, and carry out negotiations according to authority levels set by leadership; Develop solid customer relationships that provide data for pricing and service strategy decisions.
