**JOB OPENING – OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN** In-person CLT employment regime Salary: R$ 4.000,00 ️ Meal allowance: R$ 40.00 per day Transportation allowance Hapvida Health Plan ️ Group Life Insurance * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * One-hour lunch break The company seeks a committed, analytical professional with a strong sense of responsibility to work in the Occupational Safety field, directly contributing to preserving employees’ health, physical integrity, and well-being, as well as promoting a safe, organized, and productive work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct training programs focused on preserving and protecting employees’ health; * Develop accident prevention campaigns; * Analyze operational processes to minimize risks without compromising productivity; * Advise teams on measures to neutralize and eliminate hazards; * Monitor and inspect proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety regulations; * Mediate conflicts related to occupational safety practices; * Support implementation of the plan for protecting employees’ physical and mental health; * Investigate workplace accidents, conduct analyses, and prepare reports; * Compile statistics and indicators related to occupational safety and health. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Minimum of one year of experience in this role; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Interpersonal relationship skills and ability to manage conflicts. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and discipline; * Agility and initiative; * Commitment; * Clear and assertive communication; * Empathy; * Strong concentration ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience delivering internal training sessions and campaigns; * Experience in industrial or operational environments; * Knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) indicators and statistics. **We Offer:** * Collaborative and structured work environment; * Opportunities for professional development; * Strategic involvement with leadership teams; * Support for carrying out daily tasks.
