After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work at retail points of sale, performing shelf stocking, organization, cleaning, and strategic placement of Ypê products to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and disseminate knowledge about Ypê products, delivering technical product information and clarifying consumer questions. * Execute marketing campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement with MPDVs (merchandising materials) and creative extra-end displays, aligned with the company’s strategy. * Promote practical actions to enhance the company’s reputation (its values and brand), spreading best execution practices and strengthening customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Stock products, prioritizing items with the highest stockout rate, following guidance from the Execution Guide, and price them accordingly. * Carry out cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor points of sale by conducting daily mobile-based execution audits and reporting competitor activities, new product launches, MPDVs, campaigns, and other relevant insights to your immediate supervisor — providing valuable input for company decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods segment is desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
