We thrive on challenges and seek people to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Perform analysis and planning of IT solutions, evaluating business requirements and identifying the most suitable technologies to meet the company’s needs; Participate in system implementation and reimplementation, overseeing all stages of the process—from requirements gathering and thorough validation in the user acceptance testing environment to production deployment; Analyze business processes, proposing improvements and technological solutions that enhance efficiency, integration, and alignment with best IT practices; Support system configuration, parameterization, and integration—including software, applications, and databases; Monitor and ensure the quality of implemented solutions, adhering to security, performance, and stability standards, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; Identify and resolve technical issues by analyzing root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in collaboration with vendors and internal teams; Continuously monitor operational solutions to ensure they meet the company’s needs and remain aligned with technological advancements; Perform other activities of equivalent complexity as required by the department or company; **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Proven experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering; Experience in system implementation, reimplementation, and integration; Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies; Ability to analyze business processes and possess a business-oriented mindset; Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate both technical and business needs; Proactivity, organization, and capacity to work collaboratively and autonomously. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in ERP system implementation projects; Familiarity with textile ERP systems—Sisplan; Knowledge of system logic and programming; Ability to act as a focal point between business areas, vendors, and the IT team; Experience supporting the development and evolution of IT solutions. **Additional information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy discount program, meal voucher, health insurance, and life insurance.
