PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill positions as required by SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates/corrections—and its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist – Pilates **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). 2.1. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 30 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 6537.39 **UNIT:** Av. Bartolomeu de Gusmão, Lot 04, Block C, Corredor da Felícia Jurema Housing Development | Vitória da Conquista BA – 45023325 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at the SEST clinic and performs outpatient physiotherapy procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques aimed at restoring, developing, and maintaining clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and RPG (Global Postural Reeducation), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social, health, and quality-of-life campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. PILATES CERTIFICATION. **PROOF:** Required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by a recognized institution. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO. **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **PROOF:** Experience documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services provided, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Anatomy and physiology of body systems: musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, central and peripheral nervous systems. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adults and children. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. RPG (Global Postural Reeducation). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors. Law No. 8080/90 – Regulates health actions and services carried out by natural or legal persons, whether public or private. Levels of health care. Autonomous Social Services.
