Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. PILATES CERTIFICATION. **PROOF:** Required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by a recognized institution. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO. **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **PROOF:** Experience documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services provided, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adults and children. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. RPG (Global Postural Reeducation). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
