Job Summary: The Junior Technician is responsible for providing technical customer support covering our range of equipment and digital solutions, aiming to keep products in perfect working condition and ensure customer satisfaction. Innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment Ricoh Brasil, a leading Japanese multinational specializing in print outsourcing (DaaS) and other technology services, is seeking a new **Junior Technician** to work in **Camaçari (BA)** and subsequently in **Salvador (BA)** under a **3-month temporary contract**! The Junior Technician position is responsible for delivering technical support to our customers across our full range of equipment and digital solutions, aiming to keep our products in perfect working condition and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform low-complexity technical support activities requiring experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of multifunction printers, ensuring high-quality service delivered within established timeframes. * Installation / Uninstallation * Configuration * Preventive maintenance \- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the defined schedule, aiming to keep equipment in perfect working condition. * Corrective maintenance \- Diagnose solutions for malfunctions and identify required parts and kits for equipment. * Parts orders – Request maintenance parts and kits to ensure equipment remains in perfect working condition. * Complete technical service reports (TSRs), when necessary * Manage spare parts inventory (car stock) **Requirements:** * Personal vehicle * Availability to work on-site in Camaçari (BA) and later in Salvador (BA) * Technical high school education \- Technical courses in electronics, electrotechnics, electromechanics, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields. * Ability to work effectively in a team * Computer literacy \- Microsoft Office suite * Basic English **Benefits:** * Meal allowance – BRL 100.00 * Food voucher – BRL 550.00 * Fuel allowance * Birthday day off **Why join Ricoh?** At Ricoh, you will be part of an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment, equipped with cutting-edge technologies and focused on digital solutions that transform businesses.
