Job Summary: We are looking for a specialist in recruitment and selection of operational positions to act from profile assessment through to final job offer. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to handle a high volume of positions Are you graduated in HR, Psychology, or related fields, and an expert in recruitment and selection of operational positions—from profile assessment to final offer to the selected candidate? If your answer is yes, we’re looking for you! \#JOINATENTO \#LI\-TD1\. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assessing and understanding job profiles in partnership with the hiring manager, identifying key competencies required for the position; * Understanding the company’s organizational culture, goals, and strategies; * Posting job openings; * Screening and headhunting; * Competency-based interviews; * Preparing behavioral assessment reports and opinions; * Sending reports to clients and monitoring selection processes with them. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Verbal and written communication skills (clarity, conciseness, and active listening); * Empathy and patience; * Problem-solving ability (quick situational analysis; rapid decision-making); * Organization and efficiency; * Ability to work under pressure; * Familiarity with systems and technology; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Experience in recruitment and selection of operational positions; * Ability to manage a high volume of positions; * Consultative profile focused on continuous improvement of the area; * **Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.** * Availability to work onsite at Atento Cabula or in Uruguay. **Additional Information** **Salary** R$ 1\.855,33\. **Working Hours** 9:00 \- 18:48 **Work Schedule** 220 hours/month \| 5x2 \- Days off on Saturday and Sunday (availability to work Saturdays when necessary) **Benefits** * Meal voucher and/or food allowance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Daycare allowance / Allowance for children with disabilities; * Product discounts; * Dental care plan; * Medical care plan; * Discounts at gyms / sports activities; * Educational partnerships with course discounts; * Career development plan. **Work Location: ON-SITE at Cabula Unit \-** Rua Silveira Martins, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, 41180\-675 **Driven by AI.
