**Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities; * Develop and monitor maintenance schedules for machines, equipment, and/or fleet; * Manage work orders, ensuring deadlines, costs, and execution quality; * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog, costs); * Maintain maintenance history records and technical equipment registries; * Support materials management, spare parts, and maintenance inventory; * Interface with technical teams, suppliers, and managers; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Prepare managerial reports and analyses to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Maintenance, or related fields; * Prior experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM); * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Proficiency in maintenance KPIs; * Excel proficiency (intermediate or advanced level); * Ability to prepare managerial reports and analyses to support decision-making. Fixed remuneration: BRL 2,000 + Bonus.
