Responsible for programming, controlling and executing maintenance activities for machines, equipment and peripherals. * Analyze issued Service Requests; * Plan corrective maintenance activities to be carried out; * Issue and monitor Maintenance Service Orders; * Request maintenance materials and parts from the warehouse; * Issue purchase requests for parts, services and equipment, when necessary; * Conduct quotation processes with suppliers of parts and maintenance services; * Send equipment for external maintenance and monitor service delivery with suppliers and the Purchasing Department; * Supervise maintenance personnel (electricians and mechanics) during minor repairs; * Organize documentation and files for the Maintenance Department; * Record completed corrective maintenance Service Orders; * Control the issuance of tools to be used by maintenance personnel; * Monitor material usage in maintenance activities; * Organize and control the technical maintenance archive (manuals, technical drawings, etc.); * Develop maintenance performance indicators; * Support the Maintenance Manager in tracking maintenance technicians’ working hours; * Support scheduling, managing and recording preventive and predictive maintenance activities; * Ensure cleanliness, preservation and organization of the Maintenance Department.
