We are seeking a **Mid-level Systems Administrator** with strong **technical and leadership skills**, capable of managing IT environments as well as interacting with clients, suppliers, managers, and directors. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the company's platforms, as well as coordinating the support team. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and manage **AWS cloud infrastructure** (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Load Balancer, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and IAM). * + Manage **Synology Storage**, including backup routines and integration with Backblaze. + Administer **Linux servers (CentOS, Ubuntu Server)** and **Windows Server**. + Manage **virtualization environments using XenServer**. + Administer **Microsoft 365**, **Active Directory**, and **Terminal Services (RDS)** platforms. + Administer and provide support for **corporate email services**. + Manage **file servers** and **web servers**. + Administer and support the **FreshDesk ticketing platform**. + Configure and manage **PfSense firewalls** (IDS/IPS, rules, failover, load balancing, VPN, and connectivity availability). + **Lead the support team** and provide employee assistance. + Interact with **suppliers** and manage **IT equipment requests**. + Produce technical documentation and audit reports. + Participate in **meetings with clients, managers, and directors**, representing the IT department. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in **AWS Cloud Administration**. * Knowledge of **Synology Storage and cloud backup**. * Solid experience with **Linux and Windows Server**. * Experience with **XenServer**. * Experience in **Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Terminal Services**. * Hands-on experience with **PfSense** (firewall, VPN, load balancing, and traffic rules). * Experience in **leading technical teams**. * Strong communication and ability to **interact with clients, suppliers, and managers**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of DevOps tools (**Docker, Git/GitHub, Terraform**). * AWS, Microsoft, or information security certifications. * Experience in high-availability environments. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and strong **problem-solving skills**. * Collaborative and **leadership-oriented mindset**. * Organized with attention to detail. * Skilled in **technical documentation** and audits. **We value diversity and want you on our team!** **All our positions are inclusive.**
