A company in the Private Security and Facilities sector (Armed and Unarmed Guarding, Reception, Access Control, Cleaning and Maintenance) seeks an Operational Manager to assume strategic leadership of operations and comprehensive contract management. This position requires strong leadership skills, risk management capability, client relationship management, and a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Represent the company publicly before the Federal Police and clients under contract. * Approve quantities of material orders, cleaning products, uniforms, and PPEs in the SAP system. * Approve refresher training at partner institutions. * Analyze and approve operational efficiency initiatives aimed at cost reduction. * Coordinate the entire physical security and facilities team across all units. **Main Operational Responsibilities** * Manage risks and conflicts. * Supervise and monitor contract coordinators, supervisors, and inspectors. * Track expiration dates of CNVs, refresher training, firearm registrations, and ballistic plates. * Analyze reports and checklists, submitting them weekly to Management. * Conduct periodic meetings with coordinators, supervisors, and inspectors. * Evaluate and propose operational, structural, and equipment improvements at posts. * Monitor delivery of uniforms and PPEs. * Request procurement of cleaning materials, utensils, equipment, uniforms, and PPEs as stipulated in contracts. * Manage operational systems: **GESP** and **Nexti Control**. * Visit contract sites to verify operational management. * Monitor operational implementation of new contracts. * Implement and track strategic planning indicators. * Prepare and conduct AGM meetings. **Expected Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset * Results-oriented * Strong interpersonal skills * In-depth business knowledge * Negotiation ability * Conflict management **Specific Skills** * Strategic and operational planning * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Assertive communication * People leadership **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (related field). * Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational management role. * Training or experience in the Private Security field (preferred). **Benefits** **Company vehicle \+ fuel allowance.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
