Responsible for applying safety and health resources and promoting preventive actions aimed at ensuring the physical and mental integrity of employees, in accordance with internal rules, procedures, and applicable legislation. * Manage inventory control and distribution of uniforms and PPE, requesting restocking from the headquarters with the approval of the Contract Manager; * Conduct workplace inspections, identifying hazardous conditions, monitoring compliance with safety regulations and proper use of safety equipment (PPE) and uniforms, instructing, clarifying doubts, and correcting non-conformities to ensure compliance with safety standards and preserve employee physical integrity; * Collaborate with the Contract Manager and Safety Coordinator to develop the schedule for field location visits; * Develop, propose, and conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS); * Prepare the annual PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program) schedule and monitor its implementation; * Participate in educational campaigns, deliver lectures and training sessions to disseminate safety rules and procedures, accident prevention, and occupational hygiene, aiming to foster a preventive attitude toward workplace safety among employees, enabling them to avoid risks within their work areas; * Conduct safety inspections on vehicles and, in case of damage, suspend their use and request maintenance; * Investigate accidents and incidents by visiting the site, gathering information, identifying causes, developing action plans to eliminate risk situations, and monitoring the implementation of preventive and corrective measures to prevent recurrence; * Prepare work accident investigation reports and issue CAT (Work Accident Communication); * Lead and organize CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) elections; * Conduct training, provide follow-up, and participate in CIPA meetings; * Prepare monthly safety reports, including those for clients; * Perform preliminary risk analysis on construction sites, identify potential risks, and based on these, prepare communications to employees indicating necessary precautions and required PPE; * Ensure the preservation of institutional assets as well as the well-being and safety of all individuals working in or passing through the facilities; * Comply with and enforce operational procedures related to their area of responsibility; * Uphold the company's image and organizational identity by consistently acting in alignment with corporate values. * Perform other activities of similar complexity and initiative.
