Responsibilities ; Team leadership Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and daily activity alignment meetings; ; Monitor and record performance indicators (productivity, scrap, rework, accidents, absenteeism, etc.); Conduct studies for implementing improvements; ; Monitor the preventive maintenance schedule for machines and equipment; ; Control production reporting documents; motivate and control production information, waste generation, and daily indicators; Report progress of scheduled production activities on registration platforms; ; Check daily raw material and input requirements for production. Requirements ; Reside in Jacareí or SJC Experience as Production Leader (minimum 2 years) Experience with Production KPIs (indicators) Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Intermediate Excel Desirable knowledge of extruders; Protheus; 5S; Lean Six Sigma; quality tools Skills ; Team leadership and ability to motivate team members. Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and agile methodologies.
