




Job Summary: The Quality Assistant will support the quality department, ensuring that processes comply with company standards through inspections, audits, data analysis, and implementation of continuous improvements. Focus on continuous improvement and quality standards The Quality Assistant will be responsible for supporting the quality department to ensure that processes meet the company's established standards. Activities include conducting inspections, internal audits, analyzing quality data, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvements. The professional will work closely with the quality coordination team, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Security, operational teams, and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections across processes; Assist in drafting and updating quality procedures and documents; Participate in internal audits and prepare reports; Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for improvement; Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions; Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records; Manage SGQ documentation control, including document creation, review, revision, printing, and distribution; Collect and tabulate SGQ indicators; Assist the quality coordination team with internal departmental requests; Requirements: **Prior experience in the quality field, primarily related to documentation**; Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PDCA, 5S, ISO 9001); Proficiency in reading and interpretation; Ability to identify non-conformities and propose solutions; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Attention to detail; Qualifications: Basic computer literacy, especially in Word, Excel, and quality management systems.
