




Job Summary: A Human Resources professional to manage labor routine, payroll, benefits, and recruitment and selection, ensuring legal compliance and team support. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of labor routine and payroll 2. Benefits administration and electronic time tracking 3. Recruitment and selection management and HR support Execute and monitor processes related to **hiring, vacations, terminations, and employee departures**. Monitor and administer **electronic time tracking**, hour banks, and overtime. Collect, verify, and submit information for **payroll closing** (salaries, 13th salary, vacations, labor charges). Administer and monitor **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, among others). Ensure compliance with **labor legislation, agreements, and collective bargaining agreements**. Monitor and organize documents for **labor lawsuits**, when necessary. Support tasks related to **Occupational Safety** (document control, mandatory medical examinations, and training). Provide support to leadership and branches on HR routine matters. Conduct recruitment and selection processes. Update job descriptions as needed. Onboard new employees. Support leadership in people management, conflict mediation, and labor guidance. Support internal endomarketing initiatives and events. Provide support to branches and Executive Management on HR-related matters.
