




**HR Intern** \- \#1062 Working hours: 6h/day \- 08:00 to 15:00 (1h lunch break) **Responsibilities:** * Support and execution of people and talent management processes: recruitment and selection, training and development, employee retention, and onboarding; * Interaction with internal and external customers, providing support and guidance to departments; * Monitoring and management of departmental KPIs; * Budget and contract control; * Analysis and preparation of management reports; * Support in building and reviewing departmental processes; * Responsible for research and presentations to senior management. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Availability to complete a 2-year internship; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience in HR processes is a plus.
