




### **Main responsibilities:** * **Support the employee lifecycle**: onboarding, integration, internal transfers, offboarding, etc. * **Monitor HR metrics** (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement, etc.). * **Support managers** with questions regarding internal policies, HR processes, and labor legislation. * **Assist in organizational climate initiatives** and employee engagement programs. * **Support recruitment and selection**, training and development processes. * **Manage documentation and system updates** (e.g., eSocial, electronic timekeeping, and benefits). * **Participate in meetings with business units**, identifying people-related demands and needs. * **Monitor performance evaluations and IDPs** (Individual Development Plans). Desired profile: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Knowledge of core HR routines; * Analytical mindset and results-oriented; * Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, etc.); * Degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration**, or related fields.
