Data analysis in Excel and continuous improvement of financial processes **About the Position** We are looking for a **Financial Analyst/Controller** to work in **Financial BPO and implementation of corporate budget management systems**. The professional will support financial and accounting activities, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage **accounts payable and accounts receivable**, ensuring organization of financial flows; * Perform **financial and bank reconciliations**; * Execute **financial postings**, including classification of accounting accounts; * Support the preparation of **financial statements** and management reports; * Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data for analysis and decision-making; * Manipulate and analyze data in **Excel spreadsheets** to optimize processes; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and implementation of management systems. * Participate in the onboarding process of new clients. * Analysis of Results and Budget Variances * Monitoring of Economic Indicators. **Requirements:** ✅ Experience in **accounts payable and accounts receivable, financial reconciliations, and payroll department**; ✅ Knowledge of **accounting, financial statements, and account classification**; ✅ Proficiency in **Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and charts)**; ✅ Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields**; ✅ Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and ability to learn quickly **Preferred Qualifications:** ⭐ Experience with **Power BI** for data analysis and visualization; ⭐ Experience with **implementation of management systems**.
