Grow, innovate, and deliver excellence every day! **\#ÉSHOWPAPAI** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing on-site and remote technical support (Level 1 and Level 2\), resolving * medium-complexity issues. * Performing advanced diagnostics of hardware, software, operating system, * and connectivity failures. * Reducing incident recurrence by identifying root causes. * Registering, tracking, and closing tickets in the Help Desk system, ensuring * proper documentation of applied solutions. * Providing technical support to Junior-level staff when required. * Installing, configuring, and administering Windows and Linux operating systems. * Managing user accounts, permissions, and access policies via Active Directory. * Applying updates, security patches, and advanced system configurations. * Ensuring compliance with internal IT standards. * Configuring and administering local area networks (LAN), including switches, routers, and corporate Wi\- * Fi networks. * Configuring network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. * Supporting firewall configuration and access policies. * Identifying and resolving performance and connectivity issues. * Supporting administration of Windows servers. * Performing basic tasks in virtualized environments (e.g., VMware or Hyper\-V). * Monitoring server resources and proposing adjustments to improve performance. * Supporting implementation and maintenance of corporate systems. * Executing and validating corporate backup routines. * Performing data recovery procedures when necessary. * Monitoring IT infrastructure performance using monitoring tools. * Supporting implementation of information security policies. * Managing and updating the technology asset inventory. * Ensuring traceability of equipment and software licenses. * Supporting planning for equipment replacement or upgrades. * Documenting technical procedures, applied solutions, and environment configurations. * Supporting IT coordination in technical decision-making and improvement analyses. * Participating in technology upgrade and modernization projects. * Proactively identifying technical risks and vulnerabilities. * Performing other related duties as assigned by immediate management. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Technical degree in Information Technology or ongoing/completed undergraduate studies in Information Technology; * Intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Knowledge of corporate backup solutions; * Basic understanding of information security; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper\-V); * Knowledge of monitoring systems.
