**Job Description:** We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the company’s operational routines and customer service activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has strong communication skills to interact with customers and various internal departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via Pro Chat and assist with inquiries regarding products and services; * Sell devices (remote controls and TAGs) and collect battery fees; * Plan and organize delivery routes for devices; * Maintain updated sales tracking spreadsheets; * Invoice sold devices; * Configure devices when necessary; * Open delivery protocols and monitor their progress; * Provide customer support regarding app usage; * Register new customers in the system when required; * Request images from the IT department for system and material updates; * Request technical maintenance from the technical department as needed. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles; * Familiarity with inventory control and invoicing.
