Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for content creation, event support, interdepartmental communication, supplier management, and strategic marketing support.
Key Highlights:
1. Creation and editing of visual and audiovisual content for campaigns.
2. Full support in the production and execution of events and activations.
3. Centralization of communication and supplier management.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Content Creation:** Produce and edit visual and audiovisual materials for internal and external campaigns;
* **Event Support:** Support the production of events and cultural activations (from planning through execution on the day);
* **Communication Bridge:** Centralize information across teams and ensure everyone speaks the same language;
* **Supplier Management:** Act as the liaison between agency and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials;
* **Strategic Support:** Assist in campaign planning, bringing the Marketing team's technical perspective to leadership decisions.
**Prerequisites**
* **Education:** Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields;
* **Hard Skills:** Proficiency in creation tools (Canva is essential; Photoshop/Illustrator are a plus) and video editing (CapCut or similar);
* **Office Suite:** Intermediate knowledge (especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for scheduling);
* **Communication:** Strong written and verbal fluency (you will need to "sell" ideas internally).
