




Job Summary: This role supports environmental legal compliance, continuous improvement of environmental performance, and strengthening the company's sustainability agenda. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening the sustainability and responsibility agenda * **Title:** * Socio-Environmental Assistant * **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Environmental Management, or related fields Experience in environmental monitoring routines, administrative routines, waste management, environmental education, and sustainability initiatives Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Industrial experience is a plus * **Responsibilities:** * Legal Compliance Area Objective: Ensure the company's environmental legal compliance, mitigate regulatory risks, and guarantee fulfillment of environmental obligations. Criteria and Metrics: Support continuous monitoring of applicable environmental legislation. Support environmental licensing processes, including compliance with conditions and renewal of licenses and permits. Monitor environmental and consumption indicators, defining and reviewing strategies to achieve targets. Monitor and support implementation of actions outlined in the PGRS (Solid Waste Management Program). 2\. Environmental Performance Area Objective: Contribute to continuous improvement of environmental performance by supporting control measures, awareness-raising activities, and impact management. Criteria and Metrics: Support control over natural resource usage and environmental impacts (water, energy, raw materials, waste, etc.). Conduct environmental training and environmental education activities for internal and external stakeholders. Support promotion of initiatives contributing to continuous improvement of environmental quality. 3\. Socio-Environmental Responsibility and Sustainability Area Objective: Strengthen the company's sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility agenda by supporting strategic initiatives, partnerships, and certifications. Criteria and Metrics: Support coordination with public and private institutions to develop socio-environmental initiatives. Provide technical support to the Communications and Marketing team in developing informative content for internal and external channels. Support implementation of environmental and sustainability-related certifications, including ESG certifications (e.g., ISO, ICSS, etc.).
