We seek a **Senior B2B Product Analyst** to provide strategic and operational support for portfolio management, ensuring continuous product evolution, improvement of commercial/operational pipelines, and performance tracking (KPIs). This role involves intensive interaction with Sales, Operations, Implementation, Marketing, and support functions; thus, an analytical, organized profile with strong execution capability is essential. This professional will be responsible for structuring product and sales pipelines, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring that solutions are clear, competitive, and scalable for the B2B market. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the B2B product lifecycle (ideation, evolution, maintenance, and discontinuation). * Consolidate requirements and needs from the sales team and customers, supporting their translation into product/pipeline improvements. * Structure and maintain product documentation (catalog, business rules, policies, SLAs, customer journey, and workflows). * Support the development of **commercial offerings**, materials (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs), as well as internal training. * Conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and portfolio comparisons to contribute to competitive positioning. * Monitor **product KPIs** (revenue, margin, churn, conversion, volume, sales funnel) and propose action plans. * Support portfolio governance (meetings, committees, roadmap and backlog tracking). * Drive continuous pipeline improvements (order, activation, billing, support), reducing rework and increasing efficiency. * Support interface with partners and suppliers where applicable (proposals, pricing, scope, operational terms). **Requirements and Qualifications** Prior experience in B2B Products / Portfolio / Operations / Pre-sales / Projects (minimum 2 years preferred). Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Intermediate or advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Experience creating executive presentations (PowerPoint/Slides). Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse functions. Analytical capability and strategic vision coupled with execution excellence. Desirable: Experience in telecommunications companies, system integrators, MSPs, or MSSPs. Desirable: Knowledge of managed services models and software licensing. Desirable: Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and interacting with vendors. Desirable: Experience building white-label offerings. Desirable: Experience launching and managing B2B products. **Additional Information** The following knowledge will be considered advantageous: Processes: * Process design and improvement (AS IS / TO BE). * Experience documenting workflows, RACI charts, playbooks, and standardizations. Projects: * Active participation in cross-functional projects. * Basic project management knowledge (scope, schedule, risks, governance). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Cloud: * Hands-on experience or knowledge of cloud products (IaaS, Storage, Backup, DR). * Understanding of architecture, capacity, availability, performance, and SLA. * Experience with cloud partners or white-label services is a plus. Security: * Knowledge of B2B security solutions such as Firewall, SD-WAN, SASE, SOC, VPN, EDR. * Familiarity with compliance and LGPD concepts.
