Grupo SEB is hiring a **JUNIOR DIGITAL CHANNELS ANALYST**, to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the liaison between schools’ marketing teams and the technical team, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and alignment of deliverables. * Support the implementation, updating, and maintenance of digital solutions, including CMS for institutional websites and lead-generation landing pages. * Lead the implementation of solutions with schools’ marketing teams, managing scope, communication, timelines, and training. * Participate in the design and ongoing support of customer service bots, messaging workflows, and automations via email and WhatsApp. * Validate requirements, oversee testing, and ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and requesting departments’ needs. * Support monitoring of digital channel performance, identifying potential integration failures, instabilities, and optimization opportunities. * Provide initial technical support for issues related to digital platforms under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience using, maintaining, or operating CMS (e.g., WordPress, Django, Webflow, or similar). * Basic knowledge of landing page creation and lead generation concepts. * Familiarity with integrations involving digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and automation tools. * Familiarity with messaging tools (email marketing, WhatsApp Business API, CRMs, or automation platforms). **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday 08:00–17:00 hrs; * For candidates based in Ribeirão Preto-SP — On-site mode — working at the Administrative Headquarters.
