This position includes a **structured Career Path for Infrastructure Analyst**, ideal for professionals with a technical foundation who wish to advance within a corporate environment. **Your Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 technical support focused on rapid incident resolution; * Configure and perform maintenance on hardware (desktops and laptops) and software; * Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions (**Active Directory**); * Monitor network infrastructure (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, and printers); * Execute backup routines and ensure data integrity; * Support the implementation of Information Security policies. **Mandatory Requirements (Candidates outside this profile will be disqualified):** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT (Computer Science, Networks, Systems), **from the 5th semester onward**; * **Experience:** Proven experience in Technical Support (Help Desk) or end-user support; * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365 suite, and remote access tools; * **Networking:** Solid understanding of IP addressing and peripheral configuration; * **Profile:** Organized, capable of documenting procedures and logging incidents. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of backup routines and Information Security; * Experience in corporate environments with Windows Server/AD; * Entry-level IT certifications. * Career Path: Focus on promotion to Infrastructure Analyst; **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
