We are looking for an **Operational Improvement Analyst** to work closely with operations, support customers on a daily basis, and generate real-world impact in the field. Work Format: On-site \| Travel availability mandatory \| CLT \| Location: Ouro Preto/Minas Gerais **Your Responsibilities:** * Support operational department demands, ensuring process fluidity and organization * Conduct immersion in operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and production optimization * Monitor shift reports, analyzing irregularities, deviations, and points of attention * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency * Monitor and manage operational KPIs in real time * Track and ensure achievement of operational targets * Participate in routine meetings, contributing analyses and guidance based on performance indicators * Develop and monitor action plans focused on continuous improvement * Support definition of production plans and operational targets * Contribute to defining strategic and operational initiatives for the department * Demonstrate system potential and applicability to customers * Develop and implement recurring process improvement initiatives Technical Knowledge: * Advanced Excel * Mining operational performance indicators * Knowledge of mine operations * Knowledge of control room operations * Database management * Business Intelligence (BI) Education: * Technical or Technologist degree in Mining, or Mining Engineering Experience: * Experience in mine operations dispatch * Experience in mining operational environments **Expected Competencies:** * Analytical ability and systemic vision * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments * Operational organization and discipline
