Our client is seeking a Housekeeping Manager with critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and human-centered leadership to ensure every hotel detail reflects the highest standard of hospitality. The Challenge Be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in housekeeping, leading the team with a balance between technical rigor and human sensitivity. The Housekeeping Manager will be the link among quality, staff, and guest experience, ensuring every space reflects care, organization, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise cleaning and room-arrangement routines for guest rooms and social areas. * Manage and develop housekeeping and assistant staff teams, promoting a productive and respectful work environment. * Control linens, inventory, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and waste reduction. * Monitor discrepancy reports and collaborate with Maintenance and Reception. * Conduct training sessions and internal quality audits, maintaining standards. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and professional appearance standards. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor. * Functional basic English (reading and communication). * Proficiency in housekeeping routines, linen control, and operational audits. * Knowledge of hotel management systems and performance indicators is desirable. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor. * Functional basic English (reading and communication). * Proficiency in housekeeping routines, linen control, and operational audits. * Knowledge of hotel management systems and performance indicators is desirable.
